Job Name: Jackson’s Blue Ribbon Pub at the Brewhouse Inn

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Objective: The objective of this project was to complete the bid/spec portion of the HVAC system in a very short time frame. This project was very difficult due to the buildings historical nature. All the ductwork from the roof had to be run down a 6 story shaft.

Project Overview: Teko Mechanical installed (2) Carrier rooftops units and a full Captive Aire kitchen hood system. A exposed spiral ductwork system was also installed.

Project Results: The completion of this job was done 2 weeks ahead of schedule and on budget.

Job Name: Carson’s Ribs
Scope of Work: Design Build
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Objective: The objective of this project was to provide a design build portion of this high profile downtown Milwaukee restaurant. Many contractors walked away from this project due to the nature of the building. Teko Mechanical completed this job on schedule and on budget.

Project Overview: Teko Mechanical installed 45′ of kitchen hood system, with 5 exhaust fans and 3 Makeup air units. The makeup air units include 40 Ton’s of cooling to maintain the kitchen at 75° on the hottest of days. The kitchen system was installed with VFD’s to use as little energy as possible. The engineers at Teko devised a way to incorporate everything the customer was looking for in an extremely small space. A 30 ton Split system was installed. The HVAC system was split up into 3 zones with a Carrier web based management system.

Project Results: The completion of this job was done on time and on budget. The owners were left with a quality system that will suite their HVAC needs for many years to come.

Job Name: Meiji Cuisine
Scope of Work: Design Build
Location: Waukesha, WI

Objective: The objective of this project was to provide a design/build portion of the HVAC for this very high scale Asian restaurant. Teko Mechanical competed this task on schedule and on budget.

Project Overview: Teko Mechanical installed 43 tons of cooling in 7 new rooftop units. A combination of exposed spiral and insulated duct was designed and run to serve the entire facility. (2) 20′ Captive Aire kitchen hood systems were installed to provide ventilation and makeup air for the kitchen. (5) Captive Aire hibachi hoods were also installed, complete with separate exhaust and makeup air to provide ventilation for the new hibachi stations. We provided the installation of (2) sizable walk-in coolers as well as (2) sizable walk-in freezers. The basement was turned into underground parking and we were tasked with the exhaust/makeup air system.

Project Results: The completion of this job was done on time and on budget. The owners were left with a quality system that will suite their HVAC needs for many years to come.

Job Name: NCL Shawn Circle Facility

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Objective: The objective of this project was to provide a design/build portion of the HVAC for NCL Graphic Specialties new 60,000 sq ft facility.

Project Overview: Teko Mechanical installed 100 tons of cooling in (6) rooftop units to provide cooling and heating for the office area as well as the production area.

Project Results: This job was complete of budget and ahead of schedule. We currently hold a quarterly preventative maintenance contract with this customer.
